Our Calathea design will have heads turning with its unique tropical pitched roof design, and sprawling floor plan to allow maximum breezes and cross ventilation. The Calathea is ideally suited to rural properties, however is still suited to blocks with a minimum width of 23m and depth of 32m. Some of our standard inclusions include louvre windows, floor to ceiling tiles in bathrooms, polished concrete floors and raking outdoor ceilings to give a dramatic sense of view, light and breezes.
